Closed-Loop Refinement: Defining a New Paradigm for Activated Carbon Recycling Body: The system deeply integrates two core modules — continuous adsorption and deep regeneration — to form an efficient closed-loop system for activated carbon utilization.

Efficient Capture Precise Purification:

In the continuous adsorption unit, materials and activated carbon engage in dynamic countercurrent contact. Leveraging the carbon's developed pore structure and high surface energy, the system achieves efficient retention and deep removal of pigment molecules, COD, phenols, and other pollutants — ensuring consistently high effluent quality.

Circular Regeneration, Value Re-creation

Saturated activated carbon is transported via a fully enclosed hydraulic system to the regeneration unit. We offer customized thermal regeneration and chemical regeneration solutions to precisely restore adsorption capacity. The regenerated carbon performs comparably to fresh material, enabling resource reuse within the same system while significantly reducing operating costs and solid waste generation.

2 · Soil Remediation Technology

Horizontal furnace thermal desorption is a mainstream technology for ex situ remediation of petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soil. The equipment adopts a closed, sectional temperature control and anoxic pyrolysis design, enabling efficient desorption and separation of organic pollutants.

The system operates continuously and stably. The exhaust gas is treated by multi-stage purification to meet emission standards,with no risk of secondary pollution. The physical and chemical properties of the remediated soil remain stable and can be directly reused as resources. The removal rate of petroleum hydrocarbons can reach more than 99%. This technology is applicable to the remediation and treatment of various petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated sites such as oilfields, refineries, and oil depots.
